Dolce and Vita are neighboring apartments that can also be rented together as Dolce Vita, making them perfect for families or friends traveling together. Also located in the elegant Spanish Steps neighborhood, Marius offers a stylish stay in a beautifully restored historic palazzo.

Dolce

Fresh contemporary style, a fabulous location near the Spanish Steps and an incredible wraparound balcony make Dolce a standout new addition to our Rome collection. Running along the living room and both bedrooms, the step-out balcony brings classic Rome views right into the apartment. This spacious property has a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and two luxurious bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms, excellent storage and plenty of room to settle in comfortably.

Vita

Right next door, Vita has its own distinctive look, with rich red accents and fantastic outdoor space. A step-out balcony runs along the living area and bedroom 2, while bedroom 1 has its own private balcony. Inside, the open-plan living area is comfortable and contemporary, and both bedrooms are beautifully designed with plenty of space and all the conveniences for settling into a longer stay in Rome.

Better Together: Dolce Vita

Traveling with family or friends? Dolce and Vita can also be rented together as Dolce Vita, creating an impressive four-bedroom, six-bathroom stay that comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests. You’ll have two separate living areas and kitchens, giving everyone plenty of room and privacy while still staying together under one roof. It’s an especially appealing setup for a multigenerational trip, two families traveling together or a group of friends planning a special stay in Rome.

Marius

Just a few minutes from the Spanish Steps, Marius brings together the character of a beautifully restored historic palazzo with polished contemporary interiors. This bright two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment has high ceilings, two elegant bedroom suites and a separate washer and dryer – a real luxury for longer stays.
